Stock and Despatch
We aim to despatch all orders except special orders within 10 working days, usually sooner, although there are very occasionally times when particular sizes or colours unfortunately go out of stock at our suppliers for a period of time. In these cases customers will be informed as soon as we know of a problem that may go beyond the 10 day target and given the option to either cancel or amend those parts of their order affected by delays or accept the item on back-order. Please note that all Boots and Shoes and most leather items are special order items and, although we try to deliver within the same timescales, this is not always possible. Please see note below regarding returns.
As Postage is included in the price, individual items from multiple orders may be despatched separately to save you waiting until all parts of your order are in stock although we reserve the right to hold orders until all items are available for orders from outside the UK and Europe.
Orders for delivery in the UK will normally be sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery, or by an alternative service at our discretion. Non UK orders will normally be sent by Standard Air Mail small packet service or similar. All orders are despatched in discreet plain packaging for your privacy (nb – Customs requirements for non EU purchasors may mean that your package is opened by Customs Officials and we will have to affix a customs declaration to your package stating as discreetly as possible what the contents are - usually we just put Ladies Clothing).
All delivery costs worldwide are included in the price we quote for each item. No nasty surprises or hidden extras at checkout.
Taxes
UK Taxes are included in the price quoted where appropriate. For Non EU clients, all packages will have a customs declaration attached by us detailing the value. Purchasors are responsible for any import taxes due in their own country.
Payment methods
Payment Methods Available for UK Customers
UK Credit and Debit Cards up to £300 via NOCHEX: This is our preferred payment method for UK customers. We can accept UK Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) and Debit card (Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Maestro) payments up to £300.00 without any requirement for you to sign up for a Nochex account. If you already have an account then normal Nochex limits apply.
PAYPAL: Credit or Debit card payments can be accepted through Paypal subject to free instant account sign up with them. We particularly welcome payments from existing Paypal account holders via this method.
UK CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER: If you wish to pay using either of these methods, add your purchases to your basket and then choose the appropriate option during checkout. Details of where to send your payment will be given during checkout and also in an email confirming your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment has been received and that cheques must be drawn on a British Bank Account.
Payment Methods Available Through Checkout for Customers from Other Countries
PAYPAL: Credit or Debit card payments can be accepted through Paypal subject to free instant account sign up with them. We particularly welcome payments from existing Paypal account holders via this method. Please note that Paypal is not available to customers in all countries and that our website prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP).
We are sorry that, at present, we are unable to accept any other methods of payment from customers outside of the United Kingdom or countries served by Paypal.
Please inform us before returning any goods (sales@undies-unlimited.co.uk) for whatever reason.
Faulty goods returned within 14 days of receipt will be fully refunded or replaced. Items bought in error can also be returned to us, within 7 days of receipt please, provided that they are in as supplied condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, there can be no exceptions to this rule, for hygiene reasons. In these cases, refunds will be for the purchase price of the goods, less a handling charge to cover our original postage costs. If you require an alternative size or colour, an additional amount will be payable to cover postage and handling. This will be advised when you email us. All Boots and Shoes and most leather items are special order items and returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We recommend that you obtain at least proof of posting for all returns.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened hosiery or on items that have been worn or that have become stained in any way (including deodorant stains from trying on for size). Items of this nature returned to us will be returned to you at your cost.
Most
of the nightwear we supply does not meet the UK flammability performance requirements.
Consequently, in accordance with UK Nightwear Safety Regulations: 1986,
bear the legend KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE

We take your privacy extremely seriously and will not share information about you with any other parties. We collect information from you only so that we may process your order.
All
Credit and Debit Card transactions with us are handled securely through PayPal,
Nochex or Fastpay as appropriate and we at Undies Unlimited are never in possession
of your credit card number. Never send credit card or other sensitive information
by email, this information is only requested through Paypal, Nochex or Fastpay
and at no other time. All of these systems use secure servers to collect and
process your credit or debit card information.
